T & Cs for Go Thrift Sell
1. Introduction
1.1) These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Go Thrift Sell service ("Service") provided by C2 VTG GROUP LTD ("C2 VTG GROUP LTD," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1) To use our Service, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old.
3. Selling Process
3.1) By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the items you intend to sell and have the right to transfer ownership.
3.2) You must accurately describe the items you wish to sell, including gender, brand, and category.
3.3) We may offer you a fixed price for your items based on our assessment, algorithms, and market trends.
4. Bank Account Details
4.1) In order to receive payment, you are required to provide accurate bank account details. We will use this information solely for the purpose of transferring funds to you and will not store these details after the payout has been processed.
5. Item Condition
5.1) Items must be in good condition and free from defects, including but not limited to stains, holes, and excessive wear.
5.2) We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our condition standards or that have not been accurately described during the selling process.
6. Item Authentication and Acceptance
6.1) All items sent to us are subject to authentication. We reserve the right to authenticate items and decline any items at our discretion.
6.2) If an item is rejected, you will have the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.
7. Payment
7.1) We aim to transfer funds to your designated payment method within 48 hours of receiving and authenticating your items.
7.2) If you choose the Go Thrift Credit option, you will receive a gift card with a 30% bonus. This credit can be redeemed on our website, www.gothrift.co.uk.
8. Charity Donations
8.1) Currently, we do not offer the option to donate all or part of your payout to charity. We are actively working on implementing this feature and will provide updates as soon as possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1) To the extent permitted by law, Go Thrift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Service.
10. Privacy
10.1) Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website www.gothrift.co.uk
11. Changes to Terms
11.1) We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
